​Corey Riley, SUBE Assistant Director, is currently the Associate Director of Bands at Westhill Central Schools where he directs the Symphonic Band and Jazz Ensemble. He also teaches brass lessons grades 6-12, as well as music theory and studio music at the high school level. Corey graduated from The Ohio State University in 2010 with Bachelors degrees in music education and euphonium performance. In his time there, he marched with The Best Damn Band In The Land and performed with the The Ohio State University Wind Symphony under the direction of Dr. Russel Mikkelson. Corey has had the pleasure of performing with the Syracuse University Brass Ensemble since 2015 and he considers it his first musical home in Syracuse, New York.
